What is stored
— The brand name and URL you submit for a scan, and the scan result
— Answers and sources saved as evidence, with their dates

— Stripe handles card data — card numbers never reach this server
Why it may be processed
— To run the scan you asked for, and to show the result (contract)
— To keep the free tier fair and the service available (legitimate interest)
— To answer your message (contract or legitimate interest)
Who processes it
— Railway — hosting; Stripe — payments; Telegram — contact relay
— Perplexity, DeepSeek and OpenAI — the model calls that answer the questions
— Self-hosted Umami analytics on our own server, without advertising cookies
How long
— Scan records and their sources: up to 12 months
— Contact messages: until the request is resolved
— Deletion on request, unless a legal duty requires keeping it
Your rights
— Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability
— Complaint to the Polish data protection authority (PUODO)
— Requests by email to 1ndradev4@proton.me — answered within 30 days
